Charter Care Services is a dedicated NDIS Provider focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a small, family-run service, we pride ourselves on creating meaningful relationships and personalised support that truly makes a difference in the lives of our participants.

We are currently seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Brisbane North, South, and Redcliffe. Multiple positions are available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting NDIS participants with:

  • PEG feeding
  • Personal care and daily living activities
  • Transfers with hoists
  • Meal preparation and management
  • Medication assistance
  • Community access and transport to appointments
  • Household tasks and domestic assistance

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow care plans and protocols
  • Willingness to obtain (or current possession of):
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or Yellow Card)

Job Type: Casual

Pay Rate: From $42.00 per hour (depending on skills set)

Expected Hours: 10 – 38 per week depending on availability
