Strathfield Council (Council) is a medium sized Council located in Sydney's Inner West. The Homebush Transport Oriented Development (TOD) Masterplan has unlocked the potential for an additional 40,000 residents across the precinct within a setting of high rise living. Council is preparing to meet this growth through a targeted focus on improving the quality of our town centres, planning for the delivery of new open space and community services, and putting systems in place to meet the demands of the future growth.
