2026 OPPORTUNITY - Senior Mathematics Teacher (Permanent)
Iona College is an independent Catholic boys school. We are looking to welcome a Senior Mathematics Teacher (Methods and Specialist Maths) to join our team starting in 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position.

- Demonstrated teaching experience in secondary mathematics (Maths Methods with the ability to extend to Specialist Maths)
- Proven ability to foster engaging, inclusive classroom learning experiences that support academic performance and wellbeing for all students
- Modelling and promoting excellence in teaching practices, including interpreting student performance data
- Experience working collaboratively with colleagues to develop teaching pedagogy
- Building positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the Iona College community
- Exemplary professional conduct
- Commitment to the values of Catholic education
- Queensland Teachers Registration (QCT) or eligibility to apply
