ISS Security is seeking a dynamic and experienced aTerminal Aviation Security Manager to lead day-to-day operational activities at Melbourne Airport. This pivotal role ensures smooth operations, compliance excellence, and outstanding customer experiences across all ISS aviation points. You'll be the first point of escalation for Aviation Protection officers and a champion of our core values and leadership principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations and compliance activities
• Act as the first escalation point for security-related concerns
• Conduct spot audits and support internal investigations
• Monitor staffing, rostering, and operational calendars
• Drive performance management and staff development
• Communicate operational changes and release SOPs/toolbox talks
• Champion customer service aligned with ISS and Melbourne Airport standards
• Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote and maintain OH&S standards and practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven customer service excellence in aviation or similar environments
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Experience in managing operational compliance and performance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organised, outcome-focused, and deadline-driven
• High personal integrity and professionalism
• Hospitality, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Aviation industry or airline operational experience highly desirable
