Come and join the BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park Outdoor Grounds Team At BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park in Kiama, we've been creating memorable holiday experiences for over 90 years. As a family owned and operated business we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service in a beautiful coastal location. We are currently looking for a Full Time Cleaner / Grounds Person to join our dedicated team and help maintain our high standard of cleanliness and maintenance across our busy 500 site park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning & Detailing - Take pride in cleaning and maintaining guest amenities, park facilities, BBQ's and detailing of accommodation.
  • Grounds Maintenance - Upkeep of outdoor areas including lawn mowing, whipper snipping and gardening.
  • High Standards - Ensure all tasks are performed efficiently, thoroughly and to high company standards
  • Customer Focused - Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests, ensuring excellent service and a positive experience.
  • Health & Safety - Adhere to Work Health and Safety procedures and follow safe work practices.
  • Assist Park Contractors when required.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience - Previous cleaning &/or grounds maintenance experience desirable
  • Current Drivers Licence is a must - Own reliable transportation required as public transport options are limited in the area.
  • Licence Type - Must hold a current car licence only.
  • Communication - Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • PPE Ready - Willingness to wear safety glasses, gloves and mask when required.
  • Physical Capabilities - Must be physically fit, able to work outdoors and lift at least 20kg.
  • Personal Attributes - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Reliable, trustworthy and punctual. A supportive team player who thrives under pressure. Conduct oneself in a professional manner.
  • Work Authorisation - Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Work Schedule
  • Must be able to work weekends, school holiday and public holiday work.
  • Have the ability to work 8 days straight on a rotating roster.
  • Ability to start as early as 6.00am or finish as late as 10pm.
  • Will be required to undertake night cleaning during peak periods eg. 4pm-1am
