About the role:
As an Outbound Team Leader, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of your Outbound Sales Consultants.
Rostering of staff, scheduling for planned and unplanned leave with managing daily workload and ensuring phone coverage.
Support, coach and drive the overall success of the team.
Achieve program sales targets and KPI's.
Assisting with workload in high-volume times.
Lead, train and develop your team to deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About you:
Previous leadership experience within a contact centre.
Sales experience (either in a face-to-face or call centre environment).
Energy experience (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to coach and motive your team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet required time frames.
Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking.
Capability to deliver professional customer service in all interactions.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
