MGG Health is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead innovative, data-driven campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand.
In this pivotal role, you'll shape and execute omnichannel strategies that attract candidates and clients, build top-of-funnel engagement, and deliver measurable ROI. You'll take ownership of digital campaigns, content creation, and performance optimisation in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.

What you will be doingYou'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering full-funnel marketing strategies that drive candidate and client engagement across digital and offline channels. This role is central to building brand visibility, enhancing the candidate experience, and delivering measurable growth in a competitive, candidate-driven market.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies that support the entire candidate journey—from awareness to conversion and retention
- Leading integrated campaigns and paid media initiatives (Google Ads, LinkedIn, job boards) to drive targeted traffic and candidate acquisition
- Creating compelling, purpose-driven content tailored to candidate and client personas, with a strong focus on EVP, storytelling, and inclusive communication
- Owning and evolving the APAC brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging while adapting to local market needs
- Leveraging CRM and marketing automation platforms to analyse performance, generate insights, and optimise campaign ROI and conversion metrics
- Collaborating with HR, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with commercial goals and communicate impact to senior stakeholders
- Mapping and continuously improving the candidate journey across all touchpoints to deliver a seamless, engaging, and brand-aligned experience
- Managing and optimising digital assets—including websites, landing pages, SEO, and social media—to enhance visibility, engagement, and user experience
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, managing budgets and agency relationships, and ensuring compliance with regional standards and accessibility requirements
What will you bring to the role?
- 3+ years in standalone marketing roles with full strategy and execution ownership
- 2+ years in brand management and digital marketing across ANZ
- Proven success in omnichannel campaigns, candidate attraction, and paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Strong ROI focus, with demonstrated success in performance marketing and campaign optimisation
- Proficient in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
- Strong SEO/SEM, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and website optimisation skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication, data literacy, and performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within healthcare or recruitment
- Strong understanding of the ANZ healthcare and recruitment landscape
- Ability to conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategy
