What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal is looking for a passionate and dedicated Operations Supervisor based in West Melbourne VIC. We are seeking an individual who shares our vision of operational excellence and can ensure we continue to provide our customers confidence and supply chain reliability. This is an opportunity for an established supply chain professional to develop their career in a role responsible for transport operations, driver management, road and rail compliance plus operational and customer service performance. This is a full-time opportunity working from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday with overtime as required. Key areas:

• Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, chain of responsibility and compliance with licensing protocols
• Provide transport operational oversight, ensuring appropriate operational KPI's are developed and achieved so that service delivery meets contractual requirements
• Identifying, evaluating and addressing transport risks focused on continuous improvement and innovation
• Partnership approach to customer relationships facilitating organic growth
• Ensure that the systems and resources available are fully utilised to provide confidence to our customers
