We are looking for Junior and Senior Queensland Property Lawyers for an award-winning Conveyancing Practice. Multiple positions are available based in our Brisbane office to join our team.

Are you wanting to get away from the boring aspects of A – Z conveyancing so that you can focus on the interesting and challenging aspects of property law and conveyancing in Queensland?

BTR has a team of experienced conveyancing paralegals to administer the procedural aspects of the conveyancing transaction.

Job Description

Your role is to supervise and support the team and to apply your legal expertise to any complexities arising during the transaction. You will gain experience and expertise across a broad range of conveyancing-related dealings, including:

  • water licences and allocations
  • permits to occupy
  • easements
  • mining tenements
  • conduct and compensation agreements
  • off-the-plan contracts
  • related party transactions

We would love to hear from you if you are a legal practitioner who is:

  • eligible to hold a Queensland Law Society issued Practising Certificate
  • preferably with experience in New South Wales law and eligible to practice in both states
  • looking to leverage your property law and conveyancing skills to supervise and support our experienced conveyancing paralegals
  • interested in a hybrid role - work from home and/or office (minimum 1 day a week in the office)
