Join 1300SMILES Douglas as a Casual Dental Receptionist and be the heart of our welcoming practice We are looking for a friendly, organized individual who enjoys helping others and creating a positive experience for patients.

Job Description

  • Greet and check in patients, manage appointments, and handle phone and email inquiries.
  • Process patient billing and payments, maintain accurate records, and manage insurance claims.
  • Support the clinical team by preparing patient files, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, welcoming, and able to make patients feel at home.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of multitasking with a positive attitude.
  • Team player who supports colleagues and values collaboration.
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus but not essential.
