Job Description

  • Warmly greeting patients and providing them with a stellar first impression of 1300SMILES Chinchilla.
  • Process payments, manage appointments, and maintain patient records accurately and efficiently.
  • Offer support and information to our patients, ensuring they feel informed and at ease.
  • Work closely with our dental professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Contribute to the positive and inclusive culture at our practice.

Qualifications

  • Friendly and approachable, with strong communication and organisational skills, able to multitask while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes positively to the workplace and supports colleagues.
  • Enthusiastic about learning, professional growth, and embracing new challenges in a supportive environment.
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to make a difference are what really count.
