Job Description

  • Greet and welcome patients with a smile
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar
  • Handle phone inquiries and assist with patient needs
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Support the dental team with administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications
  • Experience with file keeping and data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday, with late-night flexibility on a Thursday
  • Available for an immediate start and work across 1300SMILES Cairns Central and 1300SMILES Smithfield
