We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-focused Junior Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Temper Group

If you're someone with a can-do attitude, great communication skills, and a desire to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to start (or grow) your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

About The Role

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for helping our customers with general enquiries via email. You'll answer questions, solve problems, and make sure every customer has a great experience from start to finish. You'll also help respond to social media DMs, update our website, and pitch in with general admin tasks when needed.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Replying to customer service enquiries via email and social media quickly and professionally
  • General website updates as required
  • Working with our internal teams to get things sorted fast
  • Supporting the senior customer service team with day-to-day tasks

What We're Looking For
  • Great written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisation skills
  • A flexible, "happy to help" attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Friendly, reliable, and positive
  • Some customer service or admin experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Must have permanent working rights in Australia
  • Proficient in the use of email applications
