Role Description

This is a full-time, mid-level role based in our Pendle Hill office, with hybrid flexibility available after the onboarding period.

As a Sales & Marketing Specialist, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple parts of the business. From assisting with customer inquiries and supporting B2B accounts to helping with digital marketing campaigns and product launches, no two days will look the same. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in sales and marketing within the premium lifestyle industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
  • Support B2B customer and trade partner relationships.
  • Help run digital marketing activities, including email marketing (EDM), social media, and website updates.
  • Coordinate with external marketing partners to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Contribute to product launches, events, and showroom activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) records and assist with reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing (social media, EDM, or paid campaigns) is desirable.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the wine, beverage, or premium lifestyle industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
