Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving our menu to a high standard as per company specifications
  • Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards, completing relevant paperwork
  • Receiving deliveries and proper food storage
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment

The right person will have a positive, hands-on approach, good communication skills, and remain calm under pressure.

Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential; further training will be provided in-house and in our Development Kitchen in Hertford.

Salary: £12.75 per hour, with a live-in reduction of £1.65 per hour.
