Work in the contact centre within our state of the art Adelaide HQ. Be part of a team of dedicated specialists who support News Corp Australia's subscriber customers for our digital and print products.

What's the role?

  • Provide support over phone and webchat to our customers about their account and our products.
  • Display care and acknowledgement of customers thoughts and concerns making them feel heard and understood
  • Confidently and positively talk customers through what we can do for them
  • Give the customer product options and educate to enhance the value they get from us
  • Work efficiently through every interaction using Salesforce to accurately transact for the customer
  • Work towards KPIs and goals focusing on our Customer Advocacy program
  • The contact centre is open Mon-Fri 6.30am to 5.30pm with an earlier finish on the weekend. Your hours will be rostered within these times.

Who are you?
  • A confident problem solver and communicator - both verbal and written
  • You take pride in facilitating an outstanding customer experience
  • Using new digital products and systems comes naturally to you
  • Calm in the face of change and pressure
  • Experience in a Customer Service, Sales or Retention environment preferred
