Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service over the phone in a scheduled contact centre environment.
  • Assist clients in meeting their tax, superannuation, and registration obligations.
  • Process account activities received through various channels, including phone, paper, web-chat, email, and online portals.
  • Apply relevant policies and procedures to inform decision making.
  • Record outcomes, actions, and agreements with attention to detail.

About the Role:

  • This is an APS 2 level entry role.
  • You will work in a frontline customer-service environment.
  • Availability to work across stated hours (7am-7pm) and in listed locations.
