Diamond Creek is your perfect mix of where town and country meet Just 45 minutes from the CBD, we are a large, naturally lit and bright purpose-built practice with 2 consulting rooms, surgery, IM3 dental machine, new digital x-ray machine and IDEXX in-house lab.
We are looking for a Part-time Vet Nurse to join us in providing the positive experience and exceptional standard of care we are known for. We have a loyal client base, a strong focus on high-quality care, and a positive, team-oriented atmosphere. The team is fun, experienced, and part of the community; we would love to welcome a like-minded Vet Nurse into the team
Responsibilities- Part-time role, flexible hours
- Undertaking general nursing tasks and delivering personalised and dedicated client care to all patients and owners, performing minor procedures when required
- Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
- Reception duties including being the first point of contact for clients, handling client enquiries in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, admitting and discharging patients
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with 2+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Calm, empathetic, and mature
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of RX Works ideal but not essential
