Advertising Specialist

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advertising Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. You will develop, implement, and optimise paid advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms.

• Advise on advertising strategies, creative direction, and audience targeting to maximise engagement.

• Coordinate campaign production, including integration of artwork, copy, and media scripting.

• Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

• Manage budgets, monitor spend, and adjust campaign parameters to meet KPIs.

• Analyse data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.

• Undertake and interpret market research to identify new opportunities.

• Recommend updates to advertising content to improve visibility and search engine rankings.

• Provide training and guidance to team members on advertising tools and best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Undergraduate qualification in marketing, communications, commerce, or related field; OR at least five years' relevant experience.

• Minimum 6 years' experience in paid media implementation across Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, and Microsoft Ads.

• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Smartly.io, and FeedOps.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable reports.

• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

$80,000 – $95,000 + superannuation, based on skills and experience
