About the Team & Office

Join a high-performing infrastructure team passionate about delivering secure, reliable, and modern IT solutions across SCA. This role can be based out ofany of our offices nationwide, giving you the flexibility to work from a location that suits you best. We're currently trialling a9-day fortnight, with every second Friday off to rest and recharge

A Day in the Life

As aLevel 3 Systems Administrator, you'll be hands-on in managing and supporting enterprise Windows systems, Microsoft 365 services, and modern device management platforms such as MECM and Intune. You'll play a key role in maintaining system stability, automating processes, and ensuring a secure, well-patched environment across our estate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing monthly patch cycles for Windows Server and desktop clients
  • Maintaining and updating application deployments and task sequences
  • Managing policies for security products (e.g., Defender, Crowdstrike)
  • Supporting Always-On VPN for client devices
  • Administering print servers and printer deployment
  • Providing technical support to internal teams such as ServiceDesk and engineering

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, M365, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
  • Experience with security management tools such as Windows Defender
  • Familiarity with Intune, Autopilot, and other device management solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Active Directory, Certificate Services, Remote Desktop Services, Hyper-V/VMM, and VMWare
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure and processes
  • Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate)
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
