Comm Scope — Customer Service Representative (Sydney, NSW)The CSR is responsible for cultivating customer relationships and supporting the Quote to Cash process (up to shipment and invoicing).
Responsibilities- Pre-order: prepare sales quotations using SAP and/or pricing tool, verify lead times, liaise with other teams to respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with Customers and Sales Team to understand products and services to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate with Materials Management and Operations to anticipate projects, schedules, and potential timing issues.
- Order Management: process purchase orders, sample requests, returns; provide order entry, acknowledgments, confirmations, change notifications, etc.
- Identify shipments at risk of lead-time delays and proactively expedite with Planners; monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery per incoterms.
- Set up regular calls with customers to review backlog, discuss delivery risks, and resolve issues.
- Process rebates, stock returns approved by Product Line Management; support quality and warranty processes as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and provide back-up support to peers; maintain constructive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Diploma/Degree in Business or related discipline with at least 3 years in a Customer Service or Order Fulfilment environment.
- Knowledge or experience with SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette; a pleasant personality with a passion for service excellence.
- Strong teamwork skills; ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities- Boost customer satisfaction and dealer retention by maintaining a high NPS score through exceptional service and follow-up.

- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Knack for data analysis to support client goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
