What You'll Be Doing
  • Review all applications and screen according to requirements.
  • Coordinating interviews and assessments - you'll be the go-to person for candidates.
  • Keeping candidates in the loop and ensuring their journey is positive and professional.
  • Supporting with all the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps things running smoothly.
  • Updating our systems and ensuring recruitment data is accurate.
  • Pitching in with wider HR and people projects when needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Some experience in recruitment, HR, or a busy admin role is helpful, but the most important qualities are your organisation, communication, and people skills.
  • A natural multitasker who can juggle diaries, deadlines, and details with ease.
  • Confident with tech (ATS, spreadsheets, Outlook - the usual suspects).
  • A friendly, approachable person who enjoys building great relationships.
