Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hawthorn, VIC, for a Venue Manager. The Venue Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring excellent customer service, managing events, and adhering to budgeting requirements. The role involves coordinating with staff to provide a high-quality dining experience and ensuring the venue operates smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in venue management and event management
  • Experience in budgeting and financial oversight
  • Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is a plus

Note: RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is required. Work rights in Australia are required.

Working Arrangements & Requirements
  • Shifts Monday through Sunday; venue open 6 days a week
  • Lunch and dinner service; busiest days are Friday and Saturday
  • Salary to be negotiated
