The Role: We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Processing guest check-ins and outs
• Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
• Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
• Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
• Completing the day-to-day office administration
• Maintaining excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests

Accommodation is not offered with this position; ideally, you should live within reasonable commuting distance to the park.

• Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
• Passion for delivering exceptional Guest experience
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
• Current driver's license essential

Before receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance. Additionally, a valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state may be required. This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilizing machinery.
