Business Analyst - ADMS Implementation
12-Month Contract

$900-$950/day inc.
3 Days Onsite
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of a major Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) project for a leading utility provider.
This role will focus on gathering and managing requirements, supporting solution design, and ensuring successful integration with key systems including SCADA, GIS, OMS, and DERMS.
Key Responsibilities:Lead workshops and document functional/non-functional requirements
Work with technical teams and vendors to ensure solution alignment
Map and optimise operational processes (e.g. FLISR, VVO)
Coordinate testing activities across FAT, SAT, SIT, and UAT
Support stakeholder engagement, training, and change management
Proven experience delivering large-scale IT/OT or ADMS projects
Strong knowledge of electricity distribution operations and systems
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Desirable: Experience with ADMS platforms (GE Vernova, Siemens, etc.), BA certifications, and cybersecurity awareness.
