Your New Role

Senior Manager, Member Data – you will lead the delivery of strategic objectives aligned with business goals and maximise value from data assets. You will manage a team of analysts, accelerate change within the Member Domain, champion Data Governance, promote data literacy, and embed governed data assets across the Fund. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence data use and member operations at the Fund.

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead, mentor and develop the team of analysts to deliver governed data assets.
  • Foster a high-performing culture, drive continuous improvement, and automate processes where possible.
  • Support ongoing learning and development for the team, optimising technical skills across tools.
  • Develop reusable data assets with strong data management.
  • Champion data foundations to accelerate strategic delivery.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into data and analytics deliverables, aligning with business goals.
  • Engage stakeholders across levels to understand expected outcomes and articulate benefits of data deliverables.
  • Manage the team pipeline and prioritise work based on business outcomes.
  • Work with technology partners for data asset delivery.
  • Independently manage multiple deliverables with defined scope, plans, controls, processes and artefacts.
What You'll Need
  • Solid management experience in data analytics within superannuation, with experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading change.
  • Strong technical skills in data analysis (SQL, Python, R or similar).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent leadership and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving focused on delivering business value through data.
  • Experience in leading teams to develop efficient operating models; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of superannuation Member data, client 360 data products, marketing analytics, and member administration processes is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
