Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain equipment (primarily petrol/gasoline and diesel engine equipment) to required standards so as to ensure our customers receive reliable and fit for-purpose plant and equipment.
  • Perform servicing maintenance on the customer site as required, and documentation to render equipment serviceable.
  • Quality Operational Management (QOM) standards.
  • Prepare all required documentation for all servicing and maintenance performed for compliance record keeping.
  • Minimise operational downtime of equipment.
About You:
  • Trade qualified. This may be as a diesel mechanic, diesel fitter, light vehicle mechanic, small engine mechanic, electrician, or similar trades.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the field.
  • A proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions including the ability to both work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframes.
  • Time management skills including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to follow directions, ask questions to ensure understanding, and proactively provide information to team members.
  • The ability to confidently use computers and mobile devices for email, internet and basic transactional processing.
  • A level of physical fitness as required to complete role requirements.
  • A valid drivers' licence.
