Overview

Project Manager. Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a talented and motivated Project Manager who is looking to relocate to the Sunshine State - Queensland. Specifically, we have several opportunities with leading developer builders and head D&C contractors in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. Current and immediate opportunities across high rise luxury apartments, mixed use commercial, sporting facilities, and industrial new build projects.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new build projects. This role will suit someone with a proven track record in managing commercial/high rise residential/industrial new build projects with excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, contracts, and specifications.
Requirements
  • Serious plans to relocate to Queensland.
  • Previous experience in managing new build construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
