Venue Manager

Exciting leadership role in a growing national organisation within the leisure and hospitality sector. Spring Park Golf Course & Dingley Village Adventure Mini Golf is seeking a Venue Manager with strong hospitality and operations experience to lead a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have venue management experience and a proven record in hospitality. You will be business savvy and passionate about retaining current members and guests while acquiring new business through your hospitality services. Reporting to the Senior Business Operations Manager, you will empower your team to create exceptional guest experiences, lead with the organisation's values, and deliver financial results to the business, whilst being a hands-on visible Manager to guests and the community.

• Ensuring our Members and Guests have an exceptional experience and create connection to the local region
• Team recruitment, development and training to build an exceptional team
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement
• In consultation, develop and operate within departmental budgets through income generation, wage control and effective stock and cost controls of all departments
• Create a strong team culture reflected through exceptional guest experiences and team engagement
• Utilise the central resources and support structure to ensure company alignment to process and systems
• Work with the specialist areas of Belgravia to ensure you are supported from a centralised specialist team allowing you to focus on the key accountable areas

• Prior experience in managing recreation venues or golf venues that operate hospitality services
• Ability to formulate an overall operational strategy, whilst overseeing the day-to-day operation of Spring Park
• Demonstrated and extensive working knowledge and a passion for Food and Beverage operations
• Ability to ensure that guest engagement and satisfaction is maintained at the highest standards by introducing unique and memorable experiences
• Proven financial management acumen to deliver the targets and goals of all stakeholders
• A sound knowledge in mitigating risk and understanding of workplace health & safety
• You will understand the importance of engaging with the community and local region
• Employee engagement skills and the ability to motivate and lead your team
