Overview

Join to apply for the Commercial Business Partner role at Coronado Global Resources Inc. located onsite at Curragh Mine. This is a pivotal role partnering with internal stakeholders to manage contracts and align them with operational goals to deliver value for the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, and renewal.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and contractors to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice on contractual risks, opportunities, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure contracts are fit for purpose and meet operational requirements.
  • Lead contract reviews and audits to maintain performance standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support cost control measures by driving efficiency and value through supplier relationships.
About You
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the mining, energy, or heavy industry sectors.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and legal principles related to contracts.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering value.
  • High-level organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
