- Multiple positions available
- Part-time and Full-time opportunities
- Salary will be paid in accordance with the EEEA 2020, plus superannuation

Wodonga Council is seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Educator to support the delivery of engaging, high-quality kindergarten programs. Working alongside teachers and other educators, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and fun learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.
- Nurture children's growth and development You'll actively engage with children throughout the day—guiding play, encouraging curiosity, and providing support when challenges arise. Every interaction becomes a learning opportunity, helping children build social, emotional, and communication skills.
- Create welcoming and safe learning spaces From setting up play areas and preparing resources to ensuring environments remain clean, safe, and inviting, you'll help children feel comfortable and ready to explore. You'll also keep a close eye on health and safety, addressing any issues promptly.
- Contribute to vibrant kindergarten programs Your observations, ideas, and talents will enrich the learning program. By working with small groups and assisting with transitions, you'll ensure that all children can participate and benefit from tailored educational experiences.
- Support families and build strong connections As one of the first friendly faces families see each day, you'll warmly welcome parents and children, listen empathetically, and support smooth drop-off and pick-up routines. You'll also respect confidentiality and provide reassurance to families when needed.
- Collaborate as part of a professional team You'll work closely with teachers, leaders, students, and volunteers—sharing ideas, supporting program delivery, and ensuring the day runs smoothly. Your teamwork will help create a positive, consistent experience for children and families alike.
