Practice Manager – Prive Billing GP Clinic

We are a fully private billing, GP-led clinic located next to Perth CBD, seeking an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to join our supportive and growing team.
Our patient base includes working professionals, university students, families, and FIFO workers. With a strong focus on quality care and procedural medicine, we are looking for someone who brings solid leadership, operational skills, and a patient-first mindset.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience managing a general practice (essential)
High proficiency with Best Practice clinical software
Familiarity with RACGP accreditation standards is highly regarded
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
A hands-on, flexible, and solutions-focused approach
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations
Managing reception/admin staff, HR onboarding, and rostering
Medicare/private billing, batching and compliance
Coordinating doctor and nurse workflow
Preparing reports and liaising with directors
Ensuring clinical and administrative compliance
