MYER is looking for an Image Management Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality eCommerce content by managing the post-production process for stills and video assets. Working closely with internal teams and external retouching partners, the coordinator is responsible for quality checking content, basic editing and retouching, and maintaining smooth workflows.

About the role :

  1. Support the post-production process by ensuring all content meets Myer's style guide and quality standards.
  2. Prepare content from both suppliers and in-house teams, flag issues, and provide clear feedback.
  3. Manage basic post-production tasks including reviewing, backing up, exporting, and delivering files to relevant teams.
  4. Assist with image export, colour correction, and retouching using Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
  5. Edit short-form video content for the website using Adobe Premiere / Rush.
  6. Coordinate with offshore retouching suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of files.
  7. Respond promptly and professionally to image-related requests from internal teams.
  8. Regularly review website content for issues and rectify or escalate as needed.
  9. Opportunity to work on-set, across digital operations, lighting, and photography.

About you :

  1. Experience in image manipulation and colour correction.
  2. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe CC applications (Photoshop / Bridge / Lightroom) and Capture One Enterprise.
  3. Understanding of studio lighting and photography processes.
  4. Proficient in both Mac and PC environments, including Microsoft programs.
  5. Experience in e-commerce digital operations is highly desirable.
  6. Experience with PIM and DAM systems is highly desirable.
  7. Background in data entry and analysis is beneficial.
