Medical Imaging Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrator to join our Medical Imaging Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of patient bookings for medical imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage patient bookings for medical imaging services
  • Work closely with the clerical team to ensure timely access to medical care
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries
  • Distribute reports and imaging to external referring clinicians
Requirements:
  • Experience using health computer applications including referral management systems and electronic medical records
  • Demonstrated experience in a dynamic administration role preferably within the health sector
  • Commitment to providing quality service to patients and families
