
Clinical Imaging Specialist

This is a permanent full-time position with remote work options within GC CRO.
The role is to provide specialised imaging expertise and cutting-edge services to advance local and overseas clinical trials.
Responsibilities Implement imaging scope (calibration, central reading, dosimetry, etc.) in clinical trials.
Support and operationalise the design of site imaging requirements in clinical research studies and associated documentation (e.g.
site imaging operations manual, calibration manual, image review manual).
Support the development and evaluation of IRO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), when required.
Support the design of technical quality review of images per trial specifications and perform these quality reviews.
Support the design of image analysis processes in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and perform quantitative image analysis when required.
Manage study-level quality control documentation for images according to SOPs and work instructions.
Generate image queries to address technical issues, track those issues and ensure timely resolution.
Develop and maintain study-level training materials for central readers and investigator sites as well as study-specific training documents.
Perform technical training of imaging site personnel (on-site or via video-conference).
We're Looking For Someone Who Has Degree in Medical Radiation Science (or equivalent).
Experience in CT, MRI or Nuclear Medicine.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical imaging.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical trials.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Quality Assurance/Compliance in a clinical trials setting is preferred.
Knowledge of image trial documents (e.g., Image Review Charter, Imaging Manual, Imaging Transmittal Forms) is strongly preferred.
Prior Project Coordination duties preferred (driving timelines, deliverables, managing concurrent tasks).
Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary team.
Positive, enthusiastic and pro-active attitude; service-oriented and flexible.
Ability to work in strict compliance with all procedures, rules and regulations.
