The role and what we are looking for

We are seeking a customer service-focused individual with strong attention to detail and administrative skills to support the Capricorn Mutual product, an alternative to traditional insurance.

  • The Risk Services Officer is the first point of contact for Members and will:
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle inbound calls.
  • Provide protection quotes.
  • Make changes to Members' protections and policies.
  • Support the sales team administratively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and previous customer service and administration experience.
