We're building an AI-driven platform to screen older Australians for early signs of dementia, Alzheimer's, and cognitive decline — up to 5+ years earlier than current methods.

Now we're looking for a co-founder.

You're a qualified neurologist who's not just looking for a clinical role, you want to build something that changes healthcare.

This is a rare chance to join a start-up at ground level. We're already working with leading researchers and have a clear path to funding, trials, and national scale.

What we need:
  • FRACP (or equivalent) qualified neurologist
  • Deep interest in cognitive health, neuroscience, and AI
  • Comfortable in a start-up, ambiguity, urgency, and big ideas
  • Someone who wants to own a piece of the outcome, not just advise
What you'll do:
  • Lead clinical direction, research design, and validation
  • Work alongside the founder and AI engineers
  • Help bring AI-powered early screening to 8 + million Australians
  • Represent us in health policy, research, and clinical networks

This is an equity-only role to begin with. We're not after a pay check partner.
