About The Role

We're hiring experienced Change Managers to support transformation initiatives across several divisions within the bank. These 12-month contract roles offer the opportunity to shape and embed meaningful change in diverse business areas, from risk and compliance to customer operations and digital transformation. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering change strategies that are practical, people-focused, and aligned with organisational goals. Working closely with subject matter experts and business leaders, you'll drive stakeholder engagement, manage change-related risks, and ensure consistent, effective change delivery across programs. Your work will span the full change lifecycle—from planning and communication through to adoption and measurement—helping teams navigate change with clarity and confidence.

About You

You're a natural communicator with a friendly, collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people through change. While experience in financial services is welcome, it's not essential—what matters most is your ability to connect, influence, and deliver. You bring a strong foundation in change management principles, ideally supported by a certification such as SAFe or Prosci, and you're confident working across agile, waterfall, or hybrid environments. Your strategic mindset and analytical skills help you align change initiatives with business needs and customer outcomes. You're adaptable, proactive, and thrive in dynamic environments. Whether you're guiding stakeholders, refining strategies, or tracking adoption metrics, you bring energy, empathy, and a commitment to making change stick.
