As a Project Manager, a key priority will be leading the transition of major SDWAN and Cloud/SASE initiatives to TPG and its partners by developing and executing project plans, conducting stakeholder meetings, and ensuring risks and issues are identified and mitigated across departments in line with business and customer outcomes and goals.

- Enhance Customer Experience: Maintain a strong focus on delivering a great customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, addressing customer needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and alignment with outcomes.
- Ensure On-Time and On-Budget Delivery: Prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints; implement strategies to stay on schedule and within budget while efficiently utilizing resources.
- Effective Project Control: Establish and maintain essential controls including budget management, schedule tracking, risk/issue registers, status reports, and documentation; ensure work orders are completed before and after transitions.
- Quality and Communication Leadership: Lead project meetings and ceremonies, collaborating with technical and business teams to ensure timely and cost-conscious milestone completion; uphold high standards of quality and communication.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Apply analytics and reporting to monitor trends and improve project performance.
- 3+ years of leading complex telecommunications projects end-to-end, with Prince2 and ITIL accreditation.
- Hands-on experience delivering large-scale SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet, Cisco Meraki) and other Telco infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record managing data centre and cloud transformations (AWS/Azure), including security features and cloud-native applications.
- Ability to translate intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership of large, matrixed delivery and operational teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with customers, partners and internal peers; adept at steering executive briefings and management committee updates.
- Exceptional presentation, organization and communication capabilities across all levels of stakeholder engagement.
- Experience driving business change and process improvement initiatives, embedding lessons learned into scalable delivery frameworks.
- Awareness of organizational priorities and challenges, with exposure to IT&T sales environments to balance technical solutions and commercial objectives.
- Resilient under pressure, flexible in dynamic settings and tenacious in overcoming obstacles.

- Additional 4 days of annual leave
- Access to TPG Learning Hub and internal development opportunities
