Base pay range

A$70,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Build successful relationships with clients, acting as the day-to-day point of contact
  • Attend regular client meetings and calls to review timelines, progress performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further campaign opportunities
  • Understand client businesses, industries, and objectives to provide input into campaigns and guidance
  • Prepare campaign status reports, campaign performance, and key metrics for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Internal Client Team and Strategy Director to develop tailored marketing and business development strategies and campaigns, and monitor deliverables for your accounts
  • Help execute marketing and business development activities and campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with innovative solutions
  • Prepare presentations, decks and reports for meetings and presentations with clients
  • Work closely with account teams internally, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics to ensure smooth execution
  • Source and coordinate venues that align with event requirements
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating relevant speakers for events
  • Brief designers to create engaging and effective landing pages
  • Attend and manage the event on the day, ensuring smooth delivery and effective stakeholder management
  • Support the tracking of project budgets and assist in compiling financial updates under the guidance of the Account Manager
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to ensure integrated and effective campaign delivery
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new business and expand existing accounts by gathering insights, preparing slides, and supporting logistics
Ideal experience and skillset
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or agency client service role, ideally within B2B environment
  • Exposure to event management and campaign coordination
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience working with Monday.com project management tool
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Exposure to marketing and lead generation activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate campaign effectiveness
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Problem-Solving ability, you'll be proactive and solution-oriented
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and other relevant technologies
