Due to growth we are now looking for either an experienced PR Senior Account Director or Account Director to join the team.

Reporting into the communications leadership team, you can manage a campaign from start to finish, collaborate across teams to build a strategy, ideate PR programs, and supervise the rollout of PR programs, content, and activations.

Your background is primarily in corporate, B2B and/or consumer PR, but your skills are easily transferable to government, technology and brand clients, where your extensive media knowledge and multi-channel insights will shine. Experience working with international and global brands is highly desirable.

Must-haves

• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a public relations consultancy or an in-house environment
• Experience in communications strategy and client/budget management
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Relevant tertiary degree.

About the role

• Manage and oversee a small team
• Oversee, grow and QA key client accounts
• Lead strategic media and client advisory
• PR ideation, activations and strategy development
• Proposals, tenders and new business pitches
• Monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
