Residency by Dillons, Tin Can Bay is a boutique family-run aged care facility located in the heart of Tin Can Bay. Our home provides residents with equal access to care in a supportive and friendly environment. We respect residents' traditional and cultural backgrounds and provide an environment of peace, security, and harmony, allowing them to live creatively and independently.

We are currently seeking an Activities and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team.

Part-Time or Casual positions available.

Qualifications: Certificate III in Allied Health or Individual Support or equivalent, or willing to undertake further education and training.

Key qualities include enthusiasm, dynamism, proactivity, and initiative.

Ability to set up meaningful, person-centered activities and present activities for varying levels of ability.

Must be computer literate.

Experience in a similar role within an Aged Care Facility is highly regarded but not essential.

Demonstrates a genuine desire to care for frail aged people.

Effective communication skills in written and oral English.

A current NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain).

Shifts are on weekdays from 08:30 am to 04:30 pm.

On-site car parking available.
