We are looking for our next super star to join a vibrant team as an ACTIVITIES OFFICERLocated on the beachside in Townsville and with stunning views to Magnetic Island, Bolton Clarke's Rowes Bay provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable coastal community.
Our focus for residents is what best suits their individual needs and wants, our Activities officers facilitate this through: You need to be able to work alongside the Activities Coordinator Participation in the development, implementation and assessment of therapeutic plans Supporting residents to engage in their leisure and lifestyle choices and activities Supporting staff and volunteers in provision of leisure and lifestyle programs Ideally you will have Experience in an Aged Care or supporting Residents with lifestyle and leisure programs Must be able to work weekends At a minimum of a Cert 3 in Aged Care Cert 4 in Health and Leisure (Highly regarded)Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)NDIS Worker Check (valid within the last 5 years)Energetic and effective communicator Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements Flexibility to promote Work / Life Balance Salary Packaging - Increase your take home pay Discounted gym memberships Great facility with Resident-focused teams Employee Assistance Program for staff and their families Paid career and development opportunities Apply now Our application process takes less than 10 minutes.
