Career-making role for a smart, adept, and flexible Senior Associate seeking a top-tier corporate and commercial team with strong transactional matters.

With high-end transactions across industries such as renewables, health, defense, and more, you will work on a variety of deals and commercial matters for large private companies, some SMEs, and start-ups. This includes local Adelaide pre-eminent businesses and occasional massive off-market deals. This is a standout position that offers exposure to work typically associated with Eastern States firms, but available locally.

This firm is known for its commercial approach and offers outstanding mentoring. It fosters a professional and collegiate environment, with leaders in the practice recognized as some of the strongest in the market. The firm has a proven record of promoting emerging lawyers to partner, and you can expect to progress towards partnership over time.

To be considered, you should be a switched-on, highly technical Senior Associate with at least 5 years PAE in a reputable corporate and commercial team. Returnees from interstate are welcome to apply.
