As part of our business support team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our consultancy runs smoothly. You'll work closely with our Directors and General Manager, while also contributing to initiatives that improve the way we work and the experience we deliver to clients.

About the role:

In this diverse and impactful position, you'll:

Manage bookkeeping and payroll functions in Xero (AP/AR, reconciliations, fortnightly payroll, superannuation and reporting support).

Provide high-level executive support to Directors and the General Manager (meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, follow-up actions, etc).

Assist with budgeting and reporting processes, supporting business planning alongside the GM.

Oversee and improve SharePoint and digital workflows, including automation and document management.

Support business projects such as AI initiatives and client experience improvements.

Provide back-up to client services and office systems, including project administration, invoicing and reception support.

About you:

Financially skilled — experienced in bookkeeping, payroll and Xero.
