Overview

Client Care Representative | Clinical Administration | Casual - Brisbane North at Connect Hearing Australia. This casual role provides general support and leave cover for busy hearing clinics in Brisbane North. Locations include Alexandra Hills, Chermside West, Coorparoo, Mitchelton, Morayfield, and Sandgate. Shifts are rostered Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with flexibility required. Full training and ongoing support provided.

What you will be doing
  • Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients
  • Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently managing day-to-day clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients accurately and handling a range of payments
  • Learning and using a range of software and applications
What you need to be successful
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for the clinic and clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
