Solo Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager – TerryWhite Chemmart Express Coffs Harbour

Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm | No weekends

The Opportunity

Ready to run the show? At TerryWhite Chemmart Express Coffs Harbour, we're looking for a confident, self-driven Pharmacist to step into a solo role and take ownership of our express pharmacy.

This is a rare opportunity to work in independently in this small medical centre pharmacy, while shaping it to reflects your style, values, and approach to care. There's no weekend work, no large team to manage -just you, your expertise, and a strong local customer base you can grow. You'll be supported by an engaged owner and a supportive management team at a nearby sister pharmacy when needed.

What makes this role different:

• Work autonomously – You'll be the sole pharmacist, managing the dispensary, front of shop, patient care, and daily operations
• Monday to Fridayonly –8am to 5pm– Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no weekends
• Minimal services currently – With no clinic room at present, services are kept simple and manageable
• Opportunity to expand – As the store continues to grow, there's potential to add more staff and introduce services aligned with your interests and community needs
• Efficient dispensing – Our Willach Consis robotic dispensing system supports fast and accurate script processing
• Support when you need it – While you'll be flying solo day-to-day, you'll be backed by a hands-on owner and a support team of managers from a nearby TerryWhite Chemmart store under the same ownership

About You:

• Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA
• Confident working independently and managing the pharmacy solo
• Passionate about community care and building trusted relationships with patients
• Comfortable using your initiative and adapting to a dynamic workflow
• Experience with Fred dispensing software and automated dispensing systems is a plus
