At Inchcape Australia, we're transforming car buying with brands like Subaru, Peugeot, Citroen, and Deepal. As part of our team, you'll provide a seamless digital sales experience for customers.
Your RoleAs an Online Sales Specialist in our Business Development Centre, you'll manage customer inquiries, qualify leads, and guide customers through the online sales process. You'll handle deposits, contracts, finance, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
HoursHours: Rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, between 8am - 8pm
Work StyleWork Style: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities- Manage online leads and sales, from inquiry to final sale.
- Conduct virtual demos and assist with finance/insurance conversions.
- Respond to customer queries and manage escalations.
- Maintain CRM data and collaborate with in-store teams.
- Experience in online sales or other sales roles
- Proven success in meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ongoing training and career progression.
