Overview

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services, support workers and client outcomes to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet client needs and outcomes.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively to maintain service quality and timeliness.
Qualifications
  • Experience in disability, aged, or community care (NDIS knowledge a bonus).
  • Qualifications in Health, Disability, Aged or Community Care.
  • Communication skills that win people over.
  • The grit to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
