We're looking for a Sales Representative in Western Australia. You will have ownership and accountability for managing key healthcare professional relationships within your territory. You will provide a consistent, technology-led, and value-added service for dental professionals and prosthodontists that supports best treatment outcomes for patients.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Using insights to develop and deliver a comprehensive plan to drive value and deliver growth within your territory.
  • Identifying, building, and developing relationships with dental health professionals to sell a complete line of high-quality, state-of-the-art dental implant products.
  • Providing on-call service to existing customers and maintaining strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Visiting clients to establish selling opportunities or follow up and ensuring satisfaction with our products and resolving any problems.
  • Managing key customer accounts and targeted customers.
  • Understanding customers' objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to form long-standing, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Managing customer enquiries and needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a field-based Sales Representative role (dental implants or digital dentistry experience highly preferred).
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both dental and commercial stakeholders.
  • A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and leadership attributes with a team-oriented approach.
  • Tertiary qualification in medical science, dental technology, or a related field.
